Arrival Checks
Whether the candidate fills a career, temporary, or temp-to-hire position, we conduct an Arrival Check within the first 30 minutes of the assignment's scheduled start time.

Performance Checks
Throughout the course of an assignment we conduct regular Performance Checks to determine if the employee is fulfilling the requirements of the assignment.

Extension Checks
Additionally, we make weekly Extension Checks to ensure your ongoing satisfaction.

8-hour Guarantee
If you notify us within the first eight (8) hours of a temporary assignment that you are not 100% delighted with the quality of work performed by our assignment employee, you will not be billed for that time.

90-day Guarantee (Career Placement)
We offer a guarantee that if employment ends in less than 90 calendar days from the first day of work, we will replace that employee at no additional fee. It is as simple as that.
